Administrative Staff Benefits for Full-time Employees:

  • Medical Plan:  Choice of a HMO or PPO plan.  The Company pays 90% of the “employee-only” HMO premium for any HMO or PPO plan selection.  
  • Dental Plan:  Choice of a DMO or PPO plan.  The Company pays 90% of the employee’s premium. 
  • Vision Plan:  This benefit is non-contributory by the Company and covers glasses, contacts and eye exams.
  • Life Insurance:  The Company provides a life insurance benefit based upon your compensation, up to a maximum of $50,000.
  • Supplemental Life Insurance:  Employees may purchase additional life insurance for themselves and their dependents.
  • FSA Accounts:  Employees are provided with the option to participate in a medical and/or dependent care reimbursement account on a pre-tax basis.
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan:  The Company provides a Safe Harbor plan which means you are 100% vested with both individual and Company contributions.  DRI matches up to 100% of the employee’s first 3% of deferred compensation, plus 50% of the next 2% you defer.
  • Vacation:  Accrual begins after 90 days of employment, with new employees generally earning 2 weeks of vacation per year.
  • Holidays:  Nine (9) paid holidays per year.
  • Sick Pay:  Employee accrue 4 hours per month for a total of 6 days per year.
  • Bonus Program:  There are varying bonus programs and most employees may be eligible based either on position, Company performance, individual contributions or some combination thereof.
  • Performance Reviews:  Conducted on a recurring basis.
  • Direct Deposit:  For employee convenience, payroll checks can be automatically deposited.
  • Company Events:  DRI Open Golf Tournaments, Year-End Party, Softball Team, Charitable drives, etc.

Field Staff Benefits for Full-time Employees:

  • Medical Plan:  HMO plan and the Salud Network (where available) with the Company paying 90% of the employee’s HMO coverage.
  • Dental Plan:  DMO plan where the Company pays 90% of the employee’s coverage.
  • FSA Accounts:  Employees are provided with the option to participate in a medical and/or dependent care reimbursement accounts on a pre-tax basis.
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan:  The Company matches up to 100% of the employee’s first 3% of deferred compensation, plus 50% of the next 2% you defer .
  • Safety Incentives:  Employees are eligible to participate in DRI Dollars program where incentives are based on safety performance.
