Project Estimator

We’re expanding our Commercial Project Sales Team NOW and are looking to hire a bright, self-motivated and detail-oriented Project Estimator with strong organizational skills. Our Project Estimators work closely with Project Managers who sell to leading commercial property owners and managers, industrial companies as well as general contractors. We've built a solid reputation and have partnered with well-known companies such as Target, Home Depot, Intel, Honda, and NBC.

Skills and Experience:

• Superior organizational and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Construction industry experience required
• Experience utilizing Excel
• Prior experience utilizing CAD and/or digitizer a plus; however, we will train

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate plan/blueprint take-offs, field take-offs, reading and understanding of specifications and produce proposal preparations.
• Produce updates and extensions of contracts.
• Constantly upgrade, refine and update estimating templates.
• Ensure that job costs are correctly projected for project bids.
