Financial Strength Provides Security and Stability
With one of the strongest balance sheets of any roofing contractor nationwide, DRI Commercial has earned the confidence of the financial community. We have $15 million in bonding capacity and we carry a $12 million general liability insurance policy. That kind of security gives you peace of mind from day one. It also gives us the wherewithal to attract and retain the best people in the industry, from our roofing crews to senior management. Our management team has over 180 years combined experience in roofing, and it shows every day on every job.
Effective Project Management Streamlines Your Job
Our Project Managers put that experience to work as they analyze your project’s unique requirements and plan your job using our four-stage project control system. They engineer your job to run smoothly — before it starts; but project management takes more than effective planning, it takes resources. As one of the country’s largest roofing contractors, we have the workforce to complete your job as planned, even when faced with unexpected delays from weather or other circumstances.
Preserving “Business As Usual” At Your Site
When working on established sites, whether we’re re-roofing, installing energy solutions, or roofing new expansions, it’s critical that we design your job to minimize the impact of your operations.
Dust, odor, noise, security, traffic, and parking are just a few of the factors we control to ensure that your staff, patients, and customers are unaffected by our work. From materials selection to job scheduling and training, we do everything possible to ensure that your operations continue with business as usual.
Innovation and Commitment Ensure a Safe Work Environment
Perhaps the most crucial way roofing can avoid impacting your operations is by creating a safe environment for our crew, your personnel, and your customers. And, no one does that better than DRI Commercial. We’ve led the industry with innovative methods, practices, and products that drive the safety standard forward.
Safety begins with 20 hours of training for new, drug-screened hires and continues with daily tool box training talks and ongoing safety training for all field employees. Safety becomes second nature to every member of our team and is encouraged by financial incentives. Each job has a safety plan. And, implementation of that plan often includes use of proprietary safety equipment designed by members of our team, such as the WhirlieBird™ Personal Fall Arrest System.
Third party audits by Pacific Industrial Contractors Screening (PICS) assess our safety program regularly. Our exemplary record, as evidenced by our experience modification ratings (X-mod), qualifies us for contracts with the U.S. Military and other safety minded organizations.
