 Project Size:14,000 sq. ft. 40kW Project Scope:
- Complete demolition of existing structure down to perimeter walls and floor
- Restoration of deteriorating concrete
- Installation of new steel structure and deck
- Installatin of R-28 rigid insulation and .60 Mil Firestone TPO "Cool Roof"
- Installation of 40kW roof-integrated PV system
- Sanitize, disinfect, and test water per NSFB Standard No. 61 for turnover to base
