Safety education begins with 20 hours of orientation for new, drug-screened hires, and continues with weekly tool box training talks and on-going safety training for all field employees. We motivate our team with financial incentives and recognition. And third party audits by Pacific Industrial Contractors Screening (PICS) assess our safety program regularly.
